My family and I stayed for a week this past summerwhat an amazing time!!!! The staff is outstanding and so helpfulthey treated us like family. The restaurant on site was top notchgreat service and wonderful food!! I highly recommend them and we will absolutely be back!!! Service: 5

IF YOU ARE A FOREIGNER - DO NOT COME. This should be a sign on this hotel. Customer service is a joke. You wait a lot of time for menu to arrive. Then you wait again a lot for a waiter to collect your order even if you wave with both hands at the waitress to come over. Food is fine, but at the end they don't even want to bring you the bill to sign even if you ask for it three times. This was the case in the restaurant and at the beach club (especially the lady with dark curly hair in the beach club completely ignored us even though we addressed her directly several times - she looked like she either hated her job or us). Also, you receive water to your coffee based on the mood of the service - sometimes you get it, sometimes not. But it's a minor thing. Unfortunately breakfast is very poor here too. In general, if you are not Italian, be prepared to be treated like dirt. Even if you want to spend a lot of money, they don't want to make money. They just want you not to be here. We have never experienced such treatment anywhere. We are always polite and approach service with a smile. However, there was no reciprocation here. The only plus is the reception and the guy behind the beach bar that makes awesome drinks. Everything went smoothly there, we received a lot of information and were taken care of. Also the rooms were quite clean although the towels smelled of previous guests. But we will remember mostly the very poor service and being treated like not wanted enemy - it's worth only 1 star. It's a pity, beacuse this hotel has a lot of potential. Service: 1

We stayed at this beautiful little resort for 10 days at the end of October. The resort has its own beach access with a small bar, an outdoor pool (but it was already closed) and the Anna restaurant. We also had a parking space at the resort. Upon request, we were allowed to bring our 18 kg dog, although only small dogs up to 10 kg are allowed. Thank you for that. All the employees are super friendly and helpful. :-) We felt very comfortable at the Riva di Palo Resort and would happily recommend it to others. Rooms: The rooms are nicely decorated and are a good size. Private access is via the beautiful garden. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. In our room the shower was older (but clean) and small. Nearby activities: Ladispoli itself is ideally located for trips to Rome. We also visited Tivoli, Civitavecchia, Ostia Antica, Fiumicino, Bracciano and Trevignano, all great destinations and our dog was welcome everywhere. There are large, beautiful green parks in Rome. Safety: The gates to the resort are closed in the evening. Walkability: The beautiful sandy beach is right next to the resort, and if you open the window you can hear the sound of the sea. Food & drinks: Breakfast is rather sweet, with cakes and pastries, fruit, yoghurt, coffee variations and juice. There was only one roll/roll, otherwise light slices of bread. We drank a cappuccino for 1.50 euros at the beach bar. Noteworthy details: Mosquito spray is absolutely recommended. ;-) Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great view, Romantic, Quiet, Kid-friendly, Great value
