The Turkish cuisine is on the menu at this restaurant. The success of Ritüel would be impossible without the professional staff. Enjoyable service is something guests agree upon here. From the guests' viewpoint, prices are fair. As people find it, the atmosphere is nice here. Michelin inspectors have visited this place, so it has got the Michelin selection award.

Absolutely amazing. Chef Tolga Kamiloğlu has an undeniable talent on full display here. Not only does he create unique and amazing dishes highlighting local food with fusion of Asian and South American dishes, he absolutely nails even the simplest of his dishes. The grilled calamari was hands down the best squid I believe I have ever eaten. After dining here twice during our stay at the associated hotel, I believe we tried nearly everything on the menu at the time and every single dish was a winner. The views and the serene atmosphere is amazing and adds a layer of "freshness" to the experience. The cocktails are also unique, well balanced, and delicious. We had one diner who does not drink and they also made excellent non alcoholic cocktails. The passion that every employee has for what they do is undeniable. The service was excellent and flawless. In all honesty I have eaten at several 2 Michelin Star restaurants that were not at the level of taste and creativity in dishes and cocktails that Ritüel provides. This was one of the highlights of our trip to the region.
