They forgot my toasty, and i was really looking forward to it. And they didn't even have a cap for my medium sized latte, i am very very disappointed in this supposed to be 5 star place. And their passion fruit freezo tastes like shit i can make at home. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Redemptive Coffee offers a lovely setting and vibe, making it an inviting spot. However, the service was noticeably slow, and the staff seemed unprepared to handle dietary restrictions, which was concerning for someone with a severe gluten allergy. The dishes didn’t quite align with the menu descriptions, an unexpected addition of muesli in the smoothie bowl, not mentioned on the menu, made it inedible for me. Additionally, an unfortunate incident with a broken salt shaker affected my friend’s meal. Despite these issues, the atmosphere is pleasant, and with some improvements, this could be a great spot. The menu lacked clarity, my smoothie bowl came with unlisted muesli, which made it unsafe due to my gluten allergy. On top of that, the staff seemed unprepared to address allergy-related concerns.
