Das Essen ist exzellent. Man sieht und schmeckt die Liebe der Köche zum Essen. Es gibt tolle Gerichte, die super aufeinander abgestimmt sind. Der Service ist sehr gut, die Mitarbeiter sind nett und zuvorkommend, erfüllen nach Möglichkeit jeden Wunsch - wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und sind daher auch mehrmals zum Abendessen dort hin gegangen. Die Qualität hat uns vollkommen überzeugt. Sollten wir wieder einen Urlaub in Ostuni verbringen, kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder! Ramunno bistrot was truly a spectacular discovery. The elegance of the location and the service is immediately evident. The restaurant has outdoor and indoor tables divided into various really nice and comfortable rooms also in terms of managing privacy. Already from the menu and the entree, great attention to detail and research into raw materials is evident. An innovative proposal from the chef based on local traditions. Also noteworthy is the tasting of oil selected by the bistro with homemade bread and focaccia. Truly exceptional appetizer with burrata and capocollo; even the marinated vegetables in oil were amazing. Same thing for the ravioli which were very delicate with a perfect consistency and a truly excellent balance of flavours. The grilled octopus and cuttlefish were also really well cooked and the sauce that accompanied them was interesting. The spaghetti, mussels and clams that the chef made for the children were excellent; so much so that they all ate them. The dessert was the apotheosis, a pasticciotto of cream and black cherry revisited in the shape of Puglia. The cream had the scent of sea water...and I'm not exaggerating, it was like taking a journey with the flavors and smells of Puglia. . Impeccable service.... friendliness and professionalism. Fair account for the raw materials used and for the concept you want to convey. Super recommended experience.
