Wir wollten Raclette essen, dann wurde uns mitgeteilt dass es kein Raclette gibt. In einem Restaurant, welches nur Fondue und Raclette serviert, ist das natürlich sehr unglücklich. Wenn man uns wenigstens bei der Reservation oder spätestens bei der Ankunft dies mitgeteilt hätte, und nicht erst nachdem der Wein und die Getränke schon serviert wurden. Our Pulsa Restaurant and the Pulsa Fondue Room have different concepts - while raclette and fondue are served in the fondue room, these dishes are not served in the Pulsa Restaurant in order to keep the restaurant area odorless. It appears that there has been a mix-up here and we would like to apologize for that. We take your feedback seriously and will examine how we can avoid such situations in the future - for example through clearer communication when making reservations. Die Einrichtung ist top. Cocktail ist fein, Zigarrenauswahl tip top und die Zigarren sind gut gelagert. Die Lüftung funktioniert. Die Ledersessel hinterlassen einen feinen Lederduft. Aber, es wird über die Lüftung künstlich ein Duft eingelassen. So rieche ich den Zigarrenrauch nicht mehr, was ich schade finde. Wohlgemerkt, der künstliche Duft ist angenehm, passt meiner Meinung nach aber nicht in eine Zigarrenlounge.

My visit to the Pulsa restaurant in Davos was an absolute highlight and an unforgettable culinary experience. As soon as I entered the restaurant I felt the special atmosphere, which was perfectly complemented by the attentive and professional service. The warm welcome and excellent support throughout the evening were outstanding - I have rarely experienced such first-class service. As a starter I chose the Parma ham, which was served on a bed of fresh rocket and fine parmesan shavings. The whole thing was rounded off with a wonderful, first-class olive oil, which further refined the already delicious taste. I enjoyed a glass of Sauvignon Blanc with it - an excellent accompaniment that harmonized perfectly with the starter with its fresh and fruity notes. The portion was perhaps a little generous, but I didn't mind at all - it was just too delicious to leave even a bite! The main course, a Swiss Angus beef fillet (rough weight approx. 200g) in Malanser red wine jus with chanterelles, Grischa Rösti sticks and wild broccoli, was nothing less than a poem. The fillet's cooking level, a point, was perfect - juicy, tender and cooked to perfection. The red wine jus, which I also ordered, was so tasty that it transformed every piece of meat into an incomparable taste experience. Plus 1dl Valpolicella Ripasso, an Italian red wine that turned out to be the perfect choice. With its velvety tannins and fruity depth, it wonderfully underlined the aromas of the beef fillet and the red wine jus. The rösti sticks and wild broccoli went perfectly with it and rounded off the course perfectly. Finally, I treated myself to an espresso and a homemade lemon sorbet – a refreshing and light combination that rounded off the evening perfectly. The sorbet was incredibly fresh, slightly tart and a wonderful end to this festive meal. Overall, my visit to Pulsa was a complete success. The quality of the food, the attention to detail and the excellent service completely convinced me. It was an evening full of enjoyment and I'm already looking forward to returning soon.
