Trattoria Priscilla - since 1902

Trattoria Priscilla is an old Roman trattoria (small restaurant) with serves typical local homemade dishes. At the beginning of the 900’s my grandparents, Margherita and Nazzareno, moved from Reatino to Rome and took over this already established business. They had four children, two boys and two girls.
As my grandmother got older she decided to leave the management of the kitchen to one of her two daughters, more precisely Renata, while the other daughter, Armenia, took care of table service. The trattoria was run this way until 1993, when I myself, Alessandro, took over.
