Had the crumb chicken prego. Not a bread roll. Chicken very very dry. Barbecue sauce was on the bun but soaked in. 1000 Island was on the bottom bun. If they put 1/2 teaspoon on it is alot. Did not eat the bun not a roll so had dried chicken lettuce and 1 slice of tomato

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We’re very sorry to hear that your crumbed chicken prego did not meet your expectations. This is certainly not the standard we aim to deliver, and we'd appreciate the opportunity to investigate this further with our team. If possible, could you kindly provide us with a copy of your receipt or let us know when you visited our restaurant? Your feedback is important to us, and we hope to learn more about your experience so that we can address it appropriately. Kind regards, The Prego & Plates Team
