The dishes were served 30 minutes after arrival, and with 4 other tables to be served at the same time. “Almost nothing on the menu to serve”: upon your arrival I only communicated the lack of the gnocco pasta format. The burgers we serve are with local potatoes cooked in the oven, I have proposed an alternative side dish (chicory), which was chosen by you. Same situation for the choice of sauce, and not because I consider the two sauces the same. “Pasta is prepared with your hands”: that's exactly how it is! We make homemade pasta, and your palate probably won't be able to appreciate the high quality of the products served. The final price was the one written on the menu, complete with clarifications of the prices requested by her. I don't think it's necessary to say anything else. Good day.More
