A Terzieva vor 5 Monate auf Google

It’s a good place to eat just right next to the gondola lift. Bolognese spaghetti was nice, they were served very semi-warm almost cold, but still enjoyed it. Pizza was good. We also had a vegetarian soup but this was probably the worst soup ever-complete lack of taste, the vegetables had a slight pickled taste and the broth had no seasoning. The service was alright but I can see why people left other reviews for the staff being on their phones. They were all sat on one of the tables in the corner and just scrolling on their phones. Quietly Critical vor 6 Monate auf Google

Really disappointing experience from start to finish. The restaurant was completely empty when we arrived, which should have been a warning sign. The waiter sat at a table on his phone and ignored us for over 15 minutes. We weren’t the only ones either. Another couple came in, waited, and eventually left without being acknowledged. When we finally did get served, it didn’t improve. The pasta was badly overcooked, all stuck together, and barely edible. We then waited another 30 minutes for a pizza, which unfortunately was just as poor. What made it worse was the service. The waiter brought plates to the table and literally threw them down. They were dirty, clearly used, with food marks still on them. I took them straight back to him, and instead of apologising, he actually shouted at me and accused me of being rude. Completely unacceptable behaviour and very poor standards across the board. Bad food, worse service, and zero professionalism. Would not recommend at all. Waitress aggressively approached our table while we were sitting with kids and friends for no reason. Said she overheard something. Crazy. Avoid this place. Not safe. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Dinner
