We're absolutely thrilled to hear you think our coffee might be the best in town , and that you enjoyed our pastries and found our staff smiley and polite . That truly means a lot to us! However, we're genuinely sorry to hear about your less-than-stellar experiences with our hot meals. That's definitely not the standard we aim for. Regarding the eggs Benedict, we sincerely apologize for the mix-up with the ham instead of bacon, especially after you asked for the swap. And a 'puddle of butter' is certainly not what we want to serve; thanks for highlighting that. We're glad the eggs themselves were perfect though! The breakfast bagel sounds like a complete miss, and we are really sorry you had to experience that. Serving it cold, then having it return burnt, is unacceptable. The description of 'dull, tasteless rubber' and bland relish is very concerning, and we completely agree that the menu should be clearer about which items are freshly cooked versus pre-prepared. We're so sorry you had to go through that. We really appreciate you reiterating that the pastries are amazing – thank you!
