Leicht überteuert für das was auf der Pizza war..Geschmacklich nicht schlecht aber nichts besonderes.Personal sehr freundlich!

Known through word of mouth, I saw social media, I read up and I was quite intrigued. I booked for two people on Saturday evening, second shift (9.45pm). As soon as we got out there, a few minutes before, I noticed that the second shift customers were all coming in together and I immediately thought about the time we would have to wait before being served. There is no more wrong thought than that. On the contrary. We sat down and in a minute we had the menus, another minute passed and we took the order: 1 supplì on the phone, 1 cream of scampi (off the menu) and a bruschetta. We didn't even have time to look around and they served us the biscuits. Two minutes later the bruschetta arrived. Still with the supplì on the plate, they served us the pizzas! They didn't wait for us to finish the starters, we didn't even have space on the table and we had to hurry up and swallow the last bites of the supplì to make room for the waiter with the plates of pizza. I would like to point out that 15/20 minutes passed from the moment we sat down at the table until we had all the food. At the end of the pizzas a girl came to take away our plates and, note of merit, she was the ONLY one who asked us how we were progressing throughout the evening. We pointed out that we had stuffed ourselves and she realized that that was actually what had happened. We were given the dessert menu and literally 60 seconds later the waiter in charge of bringing the pizzas from the counter to the tables motioned to a colleague to take our order. So, with the pizza still in my mouth, I asked to wait a few more minutes. Just 3 minutes passed and the same waiter as before signaled to another colleague, I postponed it again. In the end I was the one who called the waiter and gave the order 10/12 minutes after the pizza was finished. Once the desserts were finished, we asked for the bill and left. Whoever made me pay didn't ask me how it went, much less looked me in the eye. He typed the amount on the POS and "goodbye" an hour and 10 minutes after entering. Let's sum up: PROS: Very high quality of raw materials, remarkable pizzas and a team that is the envy of the best brigades. AGAINST: Everything was too chaotic and hasty. We gorged ourselves on food because it wasn't possible to "time" between one course and another. If the dining room and the kitchen/oven spoke more, Pizzeria Clementina would be a war machine. Another important flaw: our suppli were not made at the time but you could see (and feel) that they had been fried shortly before. Where could you see it from? They were lukewarm inside and above all the suppli "on the phone" didn't work!
