Always order large pizzas with extras, and once at home, see with every order there are pizzas without the extras. A free pizza was offered by the owner, but when I wanted to claim the free pizza, of course, there was a problem. Will definitely not order from them again. Disappointed!

Hi Sandra, unfortunately the staff was not aware of this situation. When we spoke over the phone I did gave them instruction to give you the free pizza. I do apologise that this happened. You only informed me once that you're extra toppings were not on the pizza, I was not aware that this happened multiple times as what you are claiming now. Once again, I am sorry that my staff were not aware of the free pizza as I did ask you to ask for me, and I should have been instore when you came.

We have had some great pizza at Pizzaz, HOWEVER, when we got their R120 special for 2 large pizzas today, they lost us. It seems that they have found the cheapest ingredients to make their pizzas for this special. The base is as stiff as a piece of cardboard , toppings were scarce and it was the oddest cheese I have ever tasted. I sure hope it's just the quality of this special and not all their pizzas. Very dissapointing. Not good value for money
