We are very sorry for your experience in our restaurant! The food we prepare is wonderful and we are proud whit its quality and in the same time can be not what the customer taste expects. We are open to hear our costumers opinion and to compensate it in the restaurant that same moment. Absolutely correct we had a problem with card payments few evenings ago - and we are sincerely apologizing for this inconvenience. We tried to announce it in the entrance that evening, but now everything is working. We hope you have a wonderful vacation in Bansko however!
