I recently visited BAO at Domina Mall in Riga with my family, hoping to enjoy some quality time over a great meal. While the experience had potential, it didn’t fully meet our expectations. Firstly, the seating arrangement felt a bit uncomfortable, which made it difficult to relax and enjoy the dining experience as much as we had hoped. A more comfortable setup would certainly enhance the overall atmosphere. Secondly, as we were excited to explore different flavours, we found the taste of the dishes to be milder than expected. A bit more depth in flavour could make the food more memorable. Lastly, the pricing felt quite high in comparison to the portion sizes offered. A better balance between quantity and price would improve the overall value. Out of 4P's of marketing, need to focus on Product & Price. Place & Promotion is already taken care of. I’m sharing this feedback with genuine respect and the intention of being helpful. Constructive feedback can support continuous improvement, and I hope this is received in that spirit.
