Beşiktaş Pidem branch was a terrible experience. We ate pita and lahmacun, both of them were not edible, they were too hard to bite. We tried to eat some but it tasted bad and we had to leave before we were full. The atmosphere is very suburban, the employees are not interested, the portable buzzer they press when your order is ready is either not working or broken or the employees don't care, our food was already cold when they called us for our order: the employee himself said that the food was cold, so they are aware but they did not give any refund or compensation.
