Our first visit to Kemer, Turkey was bliss. Especially having beautiful coffee and shisha at Picasso Café. The staff here can't do enough for you, so very warm and accommodating. They ensure you have the best experience whether you're just passing by for a drink or spending hours chatting with friends over shisha, I cannot recommend this place enough!
