Unethical billing: the dishes have normal prices but they add a service charge of 11.23 to the bill — not standard in LT and a way to scam the client! Last time I eat in this place , they probably live off hotel guests eating once and then never returning Ridiculous response : why hide a mandatory 10% charge at the bottom of the page rather than including it in the price transparently? Why not 20% or 30% so your menu looks even better? The answer is obvious for anyone A ripoff! Price per person: €50+ Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

When guests arrive at the restaurant, they are provided with the à la carte menu and the wine list. On every page of these menus, at the bottom, it is written that a 10% service charge will be added to the final bill. The amount added to your bill was calculated from the total amount you spent and was not a fixed charge, as mentioned in your comment. If at any time something on the menu or the bill is unclear, our team is always happy to help, and guests are always welcome to ask the staff for clarification. We would also like to mention that our restaurant is visited not only by hotel guests but also by many guests from the city. We also have many returning guests who appreciate good service and high-quality food. In addition, the practice of applying a service charge is used in many restaurants across Lithuania. The food was the worst in any Radisson hotel. And I have stayed in many of them all over Europe. The focaccia was a dry pizza base. The pasta was not very tasty either, Too bad I didn't get food from the pita place in the courtyard. Price per person: €25–30 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

In regions such as Liguria and Puglia, focaccia is traditionally baked thinner and crispier. Our restaurant intentionally chose to follow this style of focaccia to represent these authentic regional traditions and to stand out from the more common, bread-style focaccia served in many places. We are sorry to hear that the pasta and the overall experience did not meet your expectations. Also, if you were deciding between the pita/kebab place in the courtyard and an Italian restaurant, we are sorry that we disappointed you.
