I have been to this La Piadineria store several times, always rather disappointing in terms of waiting times even when ordering with the totems. This Tuesday 4 October, I therefore decided to order at the cash register, I glimpse the girl in the kitchen talking to a colleague while I am busy choosing the piadina from the menu (6.26pm). In the meantime the girl disappears behind the kitchen, the minutes pass and at 6.35pm I see other people arrive to order via totem with automatic payment. The sales assistant continues to be absent and the people behind me continue to ask me how long it has been gone and if it was closed. So we ask at the restaurant next door whose gentleman kindly replies that since it's another chain it's not his problem. I knock on the warehouse door...no one answers. 6.45pm arrives and we see a girl who works there arrive, we explain the inconvenience and the girl says to check why her colleague was absent. Another 10 minutes pass... the people after me... now pissed off and impatient, because they had already paid and were about to miss the start of the film at the cinema, they knock on the warehouse trying to check and nothing... no one answers. Finally the last sales assistant arrives who had just come in saying that her colleague had felt unwell, this kind girl...for goodness' sake...but don't even ask who was there before...she passed all the orders to the totem and to me for last. Really guys...we all have patience and humanity, but learn to organize yourself and organize yourself in everyday life and for possible inconveniences because really...a disservice like this is unacceptable in a shopping center like ottogallery.
