I was really disappointed not to mention disgusted by the experience I had in this restaurant last month. I had lunch here on a Saturday and ordered the tuna salad. The cherry tomatoes had gone bad, but I didn't want to keep the person with me waiting by sending the dish back, so I just discarded them. When the waitress collected the plates and asked if everything was okay, however, I pointed it out. The girl collected the dishes without saying a word and came back to present us with the dessert menu (which we hadn't asked for). We only ordered two coffees and then the bill arrived. Not only did they not think to at least offer us coffee, but they did not express a single word of apology for a fact which in my opinion was very serious and for which any restaurateur with common sense would probably have deducted the dish from the bill, as well as apologizing profusely! Spoiled or spoiled food is unacceptable, as is disrespect. I am still in disbelief at the treatment I received, which was paid at a high price considering that we spent 75 chf for a first course and a coffee. Regarding the dessert, a characteristic of our premises is to "present" them live as we do not have a traditional dessert menu, as they are all artisanal desserts. Clearly, this is not meant to be an obligation to have dessert! As regards the cherry tomatoes, we are sorry for how it was handled and we will certainly be careful to discuss it with our collaborators to ensure that this does not happen again in the future.
