She was extremely rude. It felt like they don’t like tourists at all. She treated us very disrespectfully, as if we had done something wrong. She also couldn’t speak English, which made the situation even more frustrating. Her attitude came across as if she didn’t want to serve us at all. I really didn’t like the experience. Absolutely terrible service. My husband, a tourist and a foreigner, tried to speak Montenegrin and kindly asked what the fillings were in some of the pastries. Instead of a simple answer, the woman behind the counter responded in an incredibly rude and aggressive tone, saying, "It's all written on the sign." He explained that he couldn't see any sign (there actually were no clear labels), and she started listing the items in a very irritated, disrespectful, and unpleasant way. We decided not to buy anything because of her disgusting attitude. When someone makes an effort to speak your language with kindness, and you respond like that – it’s just shameful. Our mood was completely ruined. Such rudeness toward customers is unacceptable. I strongly advise other tourists to avoid this bakery and especially this rude woman behind the counter.
