I went to this pastry shop in person, Mr. Fabio Tuzza, to book a graduation cake for my daughter. I would like to point out that I went in person precisely to avoid misunderstandings over the telephone, as my request was accompanied by a photo I brought, the The owner made me understand that there would be no problems in making it so I left certain that everything had been ok on the delivery day; Also because I didn't receive any phone calls even though I had left my mobile number for any doubts. On the day of delivery, as soon as they showed me the cake, I was disappointed and angry because it didn't reflect my requests (Graduation hat totally crushed to give an idea ) in response they changed it for me on the spot without showing any displeasure for what had happened, in fact they seemed annoyed and unnerved by these corrections of mine. When it's time to eat the cake we all notice that the sponge cake is hard and dry as if it were burnt , impression reported to me by all the guests. I conclude by saying that my daughter's graduation day will certainly be remembered in the best way, except for the flaw of this cake which we will always remember as the worst part of the occasion.
