We are sorry to hear that the restrooms were not clean during your visit. We take this feedback seriously and will discuss it internally with the staff involved. To follow up correctly, it would be helpful to know exactly when you visited, as we operate with both an early and a late shift.The entrance fee for the restrooms was adjusted in June 2025 from €0.80 to €1.00. This change was primarily implemented due to a prolonged shortage of €0.10 and €0.20 coins at the National Bank, which we need for change. However, we do provide the option to receive a €1 discount with a purchase in the store, making the restroom visit free in that case.Finally, we would like to mention that the restrooms are indeed outdated. Q8 plans to construct a new building, which will include new sanitary facilities.
