Overall, very good. I just wished that my chicken parm sandwich had a bit more marinara in it. But it was delicious and it was an excellent sized sandwich for two people. The staff was very personable and professional and my sandwich was made in a timely manner. I recommend a small for one person and a large if you're sharing. New Sandwich alert in Belgrade, open maybe two weeks, and already doing things very right. Paninoteca is run by owner-operator Roberto Bellissimo, whose specialty is the classic Italian veal sandwich — the kind you’d expect to find in New York or Toronto’s Little Italy. And yes, as it turns out, Roberto is from Toronto. It all makes sense. This is not a rush job. Each strip of veal is dredged and cooked to order, then stacked into a fresh, house-baked bun. We went all the way with added mushrooms and onion gravy, because obviously. One of the best veal sandwiches I’ve ever had. And trust me, that’s saying a lot. Easily the best bite between two pieces of bread (homemade bun in this case) in Belgrade right now. Eat and be happy. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
