Gentilissimo grazie per la sua corretta recensione, ad averne di cosi obiettive. Inizio ad esprimerle nuovamente le mie scuse per l'inconveniente, come ha visto non eravate i soli, una serie di ritardi del primo turno hanno allungato i tempi di attesa. Per le birre non ero al corrente. Apprezzo molto la sua onestà intellettuale, avendo messo al primo posto ciò per il quale siete venuti, la qualità dei nostri prodotti. Ho memorizzato la sua prenotazione cercherò di recuperare e farvi ricredere, con la sua signora, sulla professionalità dei miei ragazzi in sala, come può evincere dalle recensioni di altri clienti...le garantisco che è stato un caso.
