The only thing higher than its elevation (or better its “quota”) is the quality of its products and the friendly atmosphere!!! Luigi is is the best host and will do anything to turn a simple stop in your journey into an experience of a lifetime: you cannot put it into words, you must come try it for yourself!!!

Great little country general store and caffè! Whether you stop for a snack "merenda" or to buy something to take along your hike, you will always be greeted with a smile and courtesy. Federica and Luigi are very nice and the espresso is absolutely the best in Poppi! We live 40 minutes away, but have made it our regular pit stop to get some nuts, cheese and other local products while getting a chance to chat with Federica and Luigi. Nice people, nice place, nice village!
