Ich habe den Asia Calamari Salat mit gegrillten Calamari sehr genossen. Auch das Sashemi war toll. Mein Kellner Nhlanhle war sehr aufmerksam und nett. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Lunch

What an absolute disappointment. From the food, to staff, to hygiene. The waitress had no interest in us. I had to get up and ask for service whenever we needed it. She did not attend to us once, after the food was ordered and served. I wanted a bottle of wine and she brought two shooter glasses of wine for tasting. I ordered the mushroom pasta that I've ordered before. It was overcooked and dry. We sent the food back and all they did was add sauce. There was no salt in the food. I waited 20min for someone to help bring salt and eventually ate the food cold because we couldn't get service from any waiters. There was a stack of serviettes laying under our table and food bits. There was food and serviettes laying on the floor where people were eating and staff walked over it repeatedly. The bathroom was in a state and no one attending to it. We were offered a dessert as an apology. The churros were old and drenched in oil, so much I could not eat it. I told the manager to taste it and tell me what she thinks. She said it was filled with oil. What a terrible experience from an establishment like this. I still had to pay over R800 for this. The Vibe Paradiso offers an incredible atmosphere that truly stands out. Between the decor and the well-curated music, the environment is vibrant and definitely lives up to the expectations of a high-end Montecasino establishment. It’s the kind of place that feels special the moment you walk in. The Service While the ambiance is top-tier, the initial service was a bit of a letdown for a restaurant of this caliber. We sat at our table for at least 15 minutes before being acknowledged. Despite attempting to catch a waiter's attention twice, it wasn't until I personally approached the manager that we were assisted. However, once the manager stepped in, the pace picked up significantly. Our waiter took the order promptly, and our drinks arrived within a solid 6 to 8 minutes. The Verdict If you can look past the initial wait for service, the rest of the experience is excellent. The atmosphere alone makes it worth a visit, and once the staff is engaged, the efficiency is great. It’s a lovely spot for a night out—just be prepared to be a little proactive with the staff if it’s a busy night! Meal type: Other Price per person: R 300–400 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5
