Beautiful experience, traditional cuisine dishes revisited in a sublime way, with an eye on the ingredients. I highly recommend it! Special mention for the staff, young and enthusiastic. Located on the slopes of Montello, the Liberal trattoria is a hidden gem that promises an unforgettable dining experience. The internal room, intimate and welcoming, evokes a relaxing atmosphere, while the small external veranda is perfect for outdoor lunches and dinners. The cuisine celebrates the Venetian and Italian tradition, with dishes prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients. The menu, which changes frequently, reflects the restaurant's commitment to always offering the best of local production. The wine list is rich and well selected, with a variety of labels that will satisfy even the most demanding palates (excellent selection of local wines, especially reds, but I recommend exploring the other regions of Italy too!). The staff is another strong point of the place: helpful and courteous, they help make the experience even more pleasant. Whether you are looking for a quiet lunch or a special dinner, this restaurant/farmhouse will win you over with its authentic cuisine and warm hospitality. Highly recommended! The parking lot is small, the restaurant is an ideal stop for two-wheel lovers, otherwise I recommend "rationalizing your cars"!
