Dear Guest,we are sorry that an evening planned as a romantic surprise turned, from your perspective, into such a disappointing experience.Regarding the reservation, we can certainly acknowledge that communication could have been more timely. We are, however, pleased that the floral arrangement was prepared as you had requested.As for the dinner itself, we fully respect that our cuisine may not have suited your personal taste. Describing it as "the worst meal you had in Rome", however, is an extremely severe and necessarily subjective judgment, and we do not believe it can objectively represent the quality of the work carried out by our kitchen.We also take very seriously what you report regarding your girlfriend becoming unwell. At the same time, we received no other similar reports that evening or in the days immediately before or after your visit. For this reason, it would not be possible to establish a direct connection between the meal and the symptoms described based solely on the timing of events. Naturally, any report of this nature deserves careful attention and verification.We also understand that the presence of wasps on an outdoor terrace may have affected the comfort of your evening.Regarding the vase, our staff followed the standard procedure used whenever an item forming part of a table arrangement is being taken out of the venue. In this case, there was evidently an internal communication issue regarding the fact that the vase had been included in your purchase from the florist. Once the receipt was shown, the matter was clarified. We regret that this routine check happened at an already frustrating moment for you.Your review contains some very severe criticism, part of which concerns personal perception and part of which refers to specific incidents that deserve consideration.
