Vergesst nicht, gut zubereitetes Schweinefleisch, schmackhafte döne Kebab und gutes gegrilltes Fleisch in Oraios Trelos zu kosten. Hier könnt ihr besonders guten Kaffee trinken.

We ordered delivery last night. Round mix me. As soon as I opened the wrapper a strong bocha immediately came out which immediately disgusted us. Rotten meat or offal. When we got a few pieces to smell up close, not that we needed to, they were all rotten/dangerous death. It is EXCLUSIVE that the person who put them in the pie did not notice it. EXCLUDED! I called and politely reported the incident. The woman who answered said the following to me incredulously: "And what do you want me to do? If you want, I can give you another." (!!!) The obvious (for normal people) would be a "sorry" or a "sorry". Instead, full-on aggression and another improbable: "No one else complained to us, though." In other words, he tried to make me out to be a liar. As if we didn't have any other concerns and we decided on Saturday night instead of sitting down to eat as soon as our food came to call and spoil ourselves with non-existent complaints. When I then told her that it had happened to me before that the pieces were completely burnt/charcoal, she literally yelled at me "Oh look, you started complaining for other times and not for today. I won't sit and listen to you!" and shut it in my face. Incredible experience. Entrust your feeding to someone, who ruthlessly puts rotten meats on you (which I insist could NOT have been smelled while baking or when putting them in the pie) and yells hysterically at you before shutting it in your face. Unacceptable! Unforgivable! Never again! PS Clarification in your claim (in your response to this review) that the comment is so targeted, I gave you my full name and also told you that I am (was) your customer from the time when your store was even further down.
