Ich habe den Fischdürüm mit norwegischer Makrele probiert und war von der Frische des Fisches begeistert. Die Kombination aus Fisch und den verschiedenen Gewürzen war sehr lecker, aber der Granatapfelsirup fand ich persönlich etwas zu dominant. Die Einrichtung passt gut zum Konzept.
