Overpriced food and small portions. I’d rather visit Hout Bay and get the best and freshest tasting seafood at a much better price #OverpricedBasket

My Husband & I, are total favorites of ocean basket. We tend to move between different branches to experience different environments. We were so disappointed in the the service we recieved. Our waiter was on a constant rush, when our glasses an utensils was brought it was as if it was just thrown on the table. We had to constantly remind the waiter what we /ordered. We waited so long for our mains. When it eventually came there was fried calamari strips on the platter an not the calamari heads you would expect. My husband then asked if they got the order wrong an they said, no they substitute it. With this my husband asked why they hadn't informed us about it. So that we could have decided for ourselves. With this we were asked what we would want instead an eventually swopped it for oysters. The fish was semi burnt an the sauce was extremely watery.
