My opinion on O Cuiz'in Grec is intended to be constructive, based on my recent visit to this establishment. I have taken care to address both the positive and negative aspects in an honest manner, in order to offer the most faithful vision possible to future visitors. During our recent visit on a nice weather day, we easily found parking near the restaurant, a rarity in this neighborhood. Despite an afternoon reservation, we had to wait to get a table when we arrived. Unfortunately, we found ourselves a little cramped in the smoking area, even after having specifically requested a table in a non-smoking area due to bronchial sensitivities. Although several tables became available, the change was not possible. The welcome was friendly, although without notable particularities. The long terrace was pleasant in good weather, and blankets were available in case it was cool. The lead times for appetizers, starters and mains were long, yet providing an opportunity to converse and enjoy the meal at a leisurely pace. However, for customers in a hurry, the wait could be an inconvenience. The presentation of the dishes could be improved, although the quality of the dishes is good and the products fresh. Unless I'm mistaken, the chef works alone, which could explain the delays.... An unexpected surcharge on the bill for an aperitif not mentioned on the menu raises the question of price transparency, an aspect that must be clarified for an optimal customer experience. Compared to another high quality gourmet Greek restaurant located less than 50 km away, the quality-price ratio at O Cuiz'in Grec is lower. In the gourmet restaurant, although there were three of us and we ordered aperitifs, starters, main courses, two desserts, wine, three coffees, and a free digestive, we noticed that the cost was more advantageous despite the higher number of guests. dishes.
