Noto ristorante in zona testaccio dove la cura per il menù e per gli ingredienti è sempre essenziale. Specializzato in ottime carni alla brace (accompagnate da una selezione di vini molto attenta) vanta un menù ricco di ottimi primi ed antipasti ma anche di gustose pizze cotte al forno a legna! L'ambiente è molto carino, ottimo adattamento a quello che credo fosse un antico palazzo in cui vi erano delle stalle con delle ampie arcate. Tra le specialità troverete anche ottime mozzarelle di bufala o burrata e prosciutto spagnolo di prima qualità tagliato a mano sul momento. Molto buone anche le birre artigianali ed i dolci davvero notevoli. I proprietari sono davvero molto attenti alla qualità di questo posto ed è sempre un piacere andarci! Tornerò presto!

The Golden Fork vor 11 Jahre auf Zomato

To celebrate Women's Day, my girlfriends and I chose this restaurant. Although it is hard to find parking since the are is very dense and super crowded any day of the week, that night we were just lucky.
I have to admit I did not expect the service to be so nice and quick. The waitress suggested to try the "meal of the day" - the famous Pata Negra from Salamanca, Spain. Of course it was delicious but certainly not enough for six people, the ham was cut in very tiny pieces and the plate was very very small.
As a main course we all ordered Pizzas. These were the classic Roman pizza, very thing and with a lot of mozzarella on top. Just like I like it.
The ambience is very welcoming. The place is very big in fact there were many groups having dinner there. The clientele is pretty fashionable and young.
