I had a wonderful experience at Ninù Roma. The ambiance of the restaurant, particularly the library room, was nothing short of enchanting. It set the perfect mood for an exquisite evening. The service was impeccable, with Matteo, the bartender, deserving a special mention. His ability to craft a cocktail perfectly tailored to my tastes was impressive. The cocktail was a delightful start to our meal. As for the food, the "Selezione di 4 crudi e 4 cotti dello chef" was a delicious introduction to the chef's skill. But the real stars of the evening were the pastas. The Spaghetti alle vongole, aglio nero e bottarga was bursting with flavor, a perfect blend of sea and spice. However, it was the Fettuccine con ventresca di tonno, carciofi e pecorino that truly surprised us. Its unique and pleasant flavors made it a standout dish.
