I bought from them chicken souvlaki it was raw ! I called them to let them know about the issue bc its very dangerous to eat chicken half raw and they told me i shouldve order very well done?! Its chicken what do you mean very well done ( i have ordered from them before i never said to them make it very well done doesnt make sense its chicken not beef!) I didnt even had the intetion to ask them for another one or a refund, they told me on the phone they can make another i said ok fine and i asked them if they wanted me to bring it to them to see its raw they said no its fine we will make another one i said ok. I took a picture of it in any case and i gave the chicken to the cats while i was waiting i was ready to throw up. I went to them after 15min i showed them the picture with the raw meat they said noo its not raw i want to see it i said you told me its ok no need to bring it! I said the chicken its at the cats go look there!! Very unprofessional ! I could be sick if i eat half raw chicken! They started arguing with me instead of apologizing. ( so you call.me a liar you dont see the picture?? The chicken is pink raw! I already talked with a lady there she told me i dont need bring it back i took a photo to show you why you think i would lie? For a free chiken suvlaki? You are insane.) Treat your customers better (At this point you are just embarassing trying to defend your lies) I didnt exepect you to react like this you should handle the matter like an professional owner.
