Nicht nur Natal Shark Board, sondern auch dieses Cafe sollten besucht werden. Auf Basis der Besuchermeinungen servieren hier Kellner besonders guten Kaffee hier. Das kreative Personal arbeitet hart, bleibt positiv und macht dieses Lokal zu einer großartigen Wahl. Bedienung in NetCafé ist etwas, das man angenehm nennen kann. Aber viele Google-Benutzer haben diesem Ort keine besonders gute Bewertung gegeben.

Last Thursday I had the misfortune of ordering a slice of carrot cake at NetCafé Umhlanga. It had a pungent chemical smell - reminiscent of very moldy /stale bread. It was inedible and a nasty experience. Unfortunately the server could not indicate when it had been baked, nor for how long it had been left on display unrefrigerated. In addition it was not covered in cream cheese frosting as is the norm, the thick icing sugar was overly sweet. The burger bun was fresh and generously garnished. The beef burger patty was tough/overcooked and tasteless. I opted to email customercare but have unfortunately not received the courtesy of a response. The cafe may be conveniently situated, I will however give it a wide berth in future. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: R 100–200

Terrible attitude from staff. One of the worst cases of customer service I have ever seen. I can't understand how Netcare allows this Cafe to operate on their property. Netcare needs to know how their visitors/patients are treated at the cafe. Judging by all the poor reviews the owner doesn't care either or else steps to improve should of been taken by now. Service: 1

Total disappointment, wanted a choc milkshake my order was taken- then told no choc for shake, then chose lime, order was taken and then told no ice cream. Told waitress then I won't have anything to drink, she then came with my mum's coffee and told me to take something else to drink else she must pay for the milkshake, I actually felt forced. SURELY YOU CAN VOID ON YOUR SYSTEM??? Ordered a toasted sandwich with fries- it's dreadful. Fries taste like old oil. 2 coffees & 1 toasted sandwich with fries took 40mins to get order. Total of order R136.70 a rip off!!! Had to do a take away as we were now running late fo appointments. Atmosphere its so hot in there like theres no aircon. Won't return, although I frequently visit this hospital. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
