I visited on Dec 27 around 6 pm and while the waffles were undeniably delicious, the service left much to be desired. The employee handling my payment seemed disinterested, not making eye contact and engaging in conversations with colleagues instead. The credit card machine was tossed onto the counter without much regard. Despite attempting to ask a question, I felt ignored as she continued chatting with her friends. A bit more professionalism in customer interactions is needed. Despite the exceptional waffles, my experience leads me to give a 3-star rating.
