Ordered through Uber - more than an hour and they just keep telling the driver to wait. Super poor attitudes and you can’t call them directly. Service: 1 Order type: Delivery Price per person: R 500–600

Response from the owner vor einem Monat

Well, that’s a cluck-up, Vicki, and we’re sorry to have let you down. Email your receipt to customercare@nandos.com so we can see what the cluck happened.

Ramone naicker vor 2 Jahre auf Google

Dear Nando's Ruimsig Management, I hope this message finds you well. I recently visited your branch and was fortunate to be assisted by one of your team members, Bala. Despite the restaurant being quite busy, Bala provided exceptional service and demonstrated excellent people skills. She handled my order with great attention, ensuring that my food was prepared exactly the way I wanted it. I was impressed to learn that she not only took my order but also grilled the food herself, delivering a meal that was perfect in every way. Bala is a true asset to your team, and I would highly recommend that all customers request her assistance when placing their orders. She communicates effectively with the grillers and ensures that the customer's preferences are met with precision. If you’re looking for your Nando’s meal done right, Bala at the Ruimsig branch is the person to see. Thank you for fostering such a positive experience at your branch, and please extend my appreciation to Bala for her outstanding service. Best regards, [Your Name]
