I ordered a meal and went to collect it, upon arriving at home a short 5 min walk. I opened the food and found the avo to be off as well as the sushi was falling apart, this indicates that it was not freshly made. Which is really terrible, further more I then contacted the manager who was helpful and sent over a new order which arrived and just as before the sushi was falling apart and the meal was rushed and not made properly.
This is where my experience got even worse, calling them at around 9:45pm after having to wait and deal with their nonsense I contacted the manager again and told him I would like my money back. He politely offered to have my money sent with the delivery person and for me to return the sushi. I did so and was harassed by the delivery person and a Nuri member of staff at my apartment building as they made lewd and inappropriate gestures telling me to "go with them" when it was clearly visible they had my money to return to me. I felt disgusted at the treatment of Nuri staff and their food.
Be aware ladies!!! Nuri staff will harass you inappropriately and try to make gestures that are untoward. After demanding my money they gave it to me but before they attempted to get me to leave the property with them.
I called the manager and told them what had occurred he was shocked as the driver was only supposed to be there and just drop my money off.
I am DISGUSTED at NURI SUSHI Factory.
I was only offered a complimentary meal but action against those two staff members MUST be taken.
I felt so degraded and disrespected, on top of the disgusting quality of food. I have never ever experienced this at Nuri and have been eating there for a while now.
