Wir wollten hierhin wegen einer Falstaff Rezension und des Blicks. Letzterer hat uns nicht enttäuscht, das Essen auch nicht. Es haperte etwas mit dem Service. Für die Asche, die man dort verbrennt erwarte ich mehr! Nachdem der verspätete Aperol (und einem Spruch) kam, zündete der Service und ich habe nix zu beanstanden. Aber für das Geld waren wir auch im Ting im The Shards in London und das bekam 5 Sterne plus! Notos - u can do better! Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Hello! We went yesterday to this restaurant/rooftop to enjoy the golden hour. When we arrived, the hostess asked if we had a reservation. When we told her we didn’t, she informed us that there was no availability and that, for that reason, she had also turned away the two guests before us. She then offered us the indoor bar on the first floor “if we only wanted a drink.” After we sat down, the doorman kindly approached us and suggested that we check the website, as there is sometimes last-minute availability. He was absolutely right—there was plenty of availability, so we made a reservation on the spot for 8:30 PM. When we returned to the hostess, she informed us that with our reservation we would only be able to have drinks upstairs and not dinner. However, once we got to the rooftop, there was plenty of availability. From the hostess upstairs to the waiter who seated us, everyone was very kind, attentive, and welcoming. We were given the menu, received great recommendations for both drinks and dinner, including the chef’s recommended tartare tacos. We are especially grateful to the doorman for his helpful advice and to the rooftop staff for their outstanding service. The view is beautiful, the atmosphere is chic and peaceful, and the appetizers were delicious. It is a lovely place for an intimate dinner with a truly beautiful view. A small note regarding the hostess at the entrance: we would kindly recommend providing guests with more accurate information about availability and dining options, as our experience ended up being much more positive than we were initially led to believe. Aside from that, we truly enjoyed our visit and would gladly return. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €70–80

Notos rooftop has a spectacular view of the Rome skyline. As pointed out by our Roman guests, not one view from the rooftop, looks onto a dreary rooftop which is unusual for Rome. The atmosphere is relaxed and the perfect weather was complemented by a full moon. Quite the site as it emerged over “il Vitoriano” the home of the unknown soldier. The frairielli with a touch of chilli and garlic was delicious. The pasta Nerano is definitely worth sharing as a starter. The veal Milanese was crispy, just like it should be! All in all, a great evening out. There is something special about enjoying a rooftop meal al fresco and Notos hits all the notes! Price per person: €100+ Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
