Extremely disappointing experience. We waited nearly an hour for our food, which was frustrating enough. However, the bigger issue came when we received the bill. We were charged higher prices than those shown on the English menu that had been given to us. When we questioned the discrepancy, we were simply told that the menu was outdated, with no apology or attempt to honor the listed prices. The staff's response made the situation even worse. Instead of addressing our concerns professionally, they became argumentative and repeatedly asked us, "What is your problem?" We also felt singled out as foreign customers after being questioned about why we didn't speak Flemish, which made us feel unwelcome. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this restaurant. Long waiting times, inconsistent pricing, and poor customer service made what should have been an enjoyable meal a very negative experience. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Our experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing from start to finish. We waited close to an hour for our food, and when the bill arrived, we noticed we had been charged more than the prices listed on the English menu we were given. Instead of acknowledging the mistake or offering a reasonable solution, the staff told us the menu was outdated and expected us to accept the higher prices. What left the worst impression was how our concerns were handled. Rather than listening, the staff became defensive and confrontational, repeatedly asking us what our problem was. We were also questioned about why we didn't speak Flemish, which made us feel unwelcome as visitors. Everyone can make mistakes, but how a business responds to them matters. Unfortunately, the combination of the long wait, confusing pricing, and unprofessional attitude meant this was one of the most disappointing restaurant experiences we've had.
