This is the second time this year the food was bad/old. Me and the family went there on Saturday, the 4/05/2024, the chicken was so dry that not even the dogs will eat it. Not me or my family members finished any of our chicken. The chicken was either Way over cooked or as Old as hell. The fries was good and that's about it. We waisted our time and money. Like I said this is the second time this year, so you will not see us soon again. We will rather go to Girario or Nandos, what a pity. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: R 400–450 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Make sure you check VERY CAREFULLY when you order. 1st time, no kiddies meal. 2nd time guacamole on the quesidilla due to them not communicating it was not a side. No onions or mayo on it either. No communication with customers, will always cause problems. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Just to clarify the Quesadilla only has one option of dip which is a choice of guacamole Or mayo not both and the guacamole is not given on the side with a quasedilla that's the Fagita so think you mistaken the two. Very Disappointed Service!! 16/01/2024 We Ordered a whole Chicken, green salad, spinach, butternut, chicken strips and mozzerella sticks. Just a bit of background first We ordered numerous times from Mochachos Meyerton over the years. About 7y ago, the food was great. But the last 5 years, same story DISAPPOINTING!! Over and over we will stop ordering with them after poor quality food, then we try again. Just to be disappointed again!!! It Costed us R350 today, which I was prepared to pay because I was really craving peri-peri chicken. When the food arrived I was so Disappointed, the food was ICE COLD no sign that it was even slightly warm. The chicken and chicken strips was so dry and hard, it can be called chicken biltong! The salad consists of mostly salad leaves, 2 small pieces of tomato. Butternut and spinach was not too bad, but it was one desert spoon servings each in potion size. I did not even phoned to complain, as the manager or Samantha for that matter, were quite rude when I phoned to ask if I can order online, she actually laughed at me, telling me there is no such thing as ordering food online. I explained to her, I clicked on their web-site link on fb to see what their menu consist of, to order. She again told me, I cant use FB to order. I asked if she can sent me the menu via whapp, so we as a family can see what options are available. Im still waiting for the menu. I however did manage to go onto their global web-site to get to the menu eventually. But I should have stopped trying to order and support them, the moment I struggled to get assistance.
