We are really sorry that we disappointed you with coffee or matcha , maybe you can tell us what was wrong so we can improve our standards . Did you have coffee and also matcha? If we knew that you didnt like it we could have make another one for you or return your money back. We trying to make everybody as happy as possible and we never had this kind of complain , we sincerely apologize something must have been wrong .
