Upon arrival no waiter or waitress to seat a person. Then the one waiter finally brought menus and then forgot to come back until flagging him down. Store is dirty, floor is littered. Absolutely disgusting image compared to other Milky Lanes I have visited. Perhaps the owner should pay a visit to their own store because if this is how they allow their store to look it doesn't say much about their own cleanliness image. Total let down! Do better and be better. I will be heading up a complaint to head office!
