It shares a small space with the Senhor Calisto's, the waitress gave us Calisto's menus and disappeared. It left us a bit confused as to if Mi-Vami was an option. Once that was sorted, we ordered but wasn't told upon ordering that we needed to go in to choose the salads. Once THAT was sorted and we got our food which was really tastes, The falafels were a tad dry though.
I guess this is more a service review than a food review.

I was looking for a quick bite to eat, where I could go the takeout root and still sit down to eat. Mi Vami is rather small, but they always seem to be busy. Regardless of this, they are very attentive and seat you fairly quickly.

They are best known for their shawarmas, which is what I opted for. What I really like is that you get to choose what goes onto the shawarma. I ordered a chicken schnitzel one with hummus, yogurt and cucumber, coleslaw, pickles, onions and roasted eggplant slices. All of their ingredients are fresh and packed with flavour. I had no complaints, except that it was a messy dish to eat (which is not their fault).

My boyfriend opted for their beef cheese burger and he was unhappy when it came. Firstly, his burger arrived fifteen minutes after my order did and secondly, it was extremely dry and plain. We also did not like the fact that you have to order chips separately. I personally prefer chips or a salad to come with a dish.

They could use a few tweaks here and there, but for a quick bite to eat, it was not all bad.
