What a joke of a business class lounge. The seating is incredibly uncomfortable, making it impossible to relax. The bread is stale, and the sandwiches appear to be made of potted meat, left in a less-than-cool environment. The selection of cold drinks is warm, and the coffee machine is atrocious.During my long layover from 18:30 until my flight at 23:55, the lounge was a mess. Dirty dishes were left around, and it wasn't until 22:30 that staff decided to clean up. I had to ask the four staff members, who were sitting and talking loudly, to respect the need for quiet in a travelers' lounge.The receptionist was kind and tried to intervene, but his requests were ignored. This lounge experience is a prime example of why I would never use Royal Air Maroc (RAM) for my frequent international business trips. The lack of cleanliness, poor service, and uncomfortable environment are simply unacceptable for business class standards. Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
The waiting hall for departures is entered with covered bank cards. It has a private smoking room.. a play room for children and a private bathroom. It is very useful and elegant and provides excellent services. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
