The staff members are very rude. When you ask them something they just walk away. The also judge customers on what they want to buy. They get mad easily when you ask them to check something and say ok and just help other customers and just pretend nothing happened. I always walk out there angry because they do this to me every time. There is just this one staff member that is nice and tries to solve your problem. But other just ignore you, walk away and tell you that they will help you and just help other customers. I am disappointed as they do this to me every time.

This McDonald's is a big problem for me. Every time I go their whether they are busy or not they ignore me and speak in a language I do not understand. I don't really come to buy the food, mainly collected the toys. Once I was their one staff member said that their delivery truck was outside with new toys and another said they have not received new toys. When I ask them they ignore me and scream out order numbers . I don't like coming to this one because of the staffs attitude. When I ask if they have any thing else they refuse and just say no. Ordered via the drive through this morning as i have been doing for sometime now, Get there this morning 11/11/2024, order the same meal i have been doing for ever now, and suddenly i am told this morning the price is R62.90, so i asked why, and was told that has always been the price, naturally this did not go down well with me and me being me i challenged this. Called for the manager, and she mentioned the same, this is after me telling them i have been paying R59.90 for the same meal... after a few minutes back and forth another lady walked into the conversation and mentioned that the pricing went up... I have no issues with the price going up, the issue i do have if the so called manager standing right there did not know the price adjustment has taken place is the rest of the staff supposed to know this as well... which brings the management of this store in question, but this has been a question at this store for sometime now. By the look and sound of it, nothing has happened to rectify issues at this store. McDonald's Stoneridge management is almost non-existent when there are issues to resolve. I challenge management and more openly i challenge the area manager to get in touch with me... The staff employed questions the caliber of management, In the service industry especially Food, Customer Care is vital, clearly this store in its entirety has no sense of what that means.... Service: Takeaway Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: R 50–100 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
