Neat place with plenty of goodies to buy. Best I've had are the cheese cake, and the milkshakes which are made with Mandra yoghurt. Best milkshake I've ever had! Here's my problem: I found tinfoil in my raspberry milkshake. I told the staff about it and was presented apologies but no proactive compensation. Problem is, it came from the yoghurt bottle which is sealed with tinfoil. How many times will a customer think that tinfoil is actually raspberry seeds? It will happen, so a change is required; either staff education, or change of packaging.
