Staff is great, location is excellent - this is the only thing making the deal here. Food however can be improved - quality and pricing. At the end of the day - there is no entrance fee (non-event day), you can grab a single beer only. However, charging a price (3,20 BGN) for a meatball which is about 70% pure profit out of a single kiufte and getting your customers overbaked dry food is not a great practise - just across the street there are great meatballs for the same price, sorry. The pickled peppers are tasting great - but please, your pricing is more than 1 EUR (2,20 BGN) for a single pepper. You can do better marketing - make it a portion, offer lets say 3-4 peppers in a single portion for 5-6 BGN ... a bit cheaper per pepper but I bet you will see increased demand and popularity. It's a pitty that pricing here screams profiting from single items rather than quantity and quality. Maymunarnika is the place you go for great french tarator and grill, there is plenty of space for everyone, clean toilet facilities, great music. In the evening they organize concerts and it is a great experience to enjoy your favorite music in the fresh air of Borisova.
