I have experience as a former employee... definitely ruined rooms that needed to be renovated and incompetent staff demanded a quick cleaning of the rooms despite the hygiene... so I would think carefully before booking in a similar place I could also attach some photos taken. Spent a short period in the low season, for personal reasons of availability for the period, using it as a base for excursions in the surrounding area, we stayed in a hyper-equipped mini-apartment with use of the kitchen even if it was only the staff who called it "mini", kind, professional and very friendly, we (two) with its almost 60m interior, that is, without counting the well-kept private garden at the entrance to each unit and the English lawn on which it was wonderful to walk barefoot in the morning, before our excursions, on the veranda equipped as an additional dining area with lots of barbecue. I was in this club last year in July for a week. What can I say... we had a good time. Well-kept rooms, good food, very engaging entertainment, in short, real entertainment. However, the thing worthy of note is the fact that the structure accepts animals, so as well as us, our little dog also had fun. The beach is very clean, the only note but not a negative one, the beach is not close, but to get there there is a shuttle that runs very frequently without detracting from the beauty of the place and the structure.
